You know it saddens me that children, teens and even adults a like get bullied everyday.

Cyber - yes now internet forums such as facebook and twiiter have seen the increase and a means of you don't even have to leave your home to be a target to bullying.

It's cruel that such ones suffer alone and often it has tragic consequences, has they see no way out whatsover..

Message to those who are a victim of bullying...

To stop yourself becoming a target there is no shame whatsover in speaking out, You tell your boss or if it's your boss go above him/her, your parents, grandparents, guardian, your friends, anyone, don't ever suffer alone.

If you are a victim of cyber bullying...block them, delete you account if you have to. remove yourself out the situation.

No amount of bullying is worth losing you life over...your worth so much more than that. Don't let them see there winning or getting to you...even if it is. So what be a snitch, let them call you that. At least it's one less punch, one less humiliation.

Take back your self respect. You are worth more than you know.
